June 21 – National Indigenous Peoples Day
June 21st, the summer solstice, has been declared National Indigenous Peoples Day in Canada and we encourage everyone to join with us and celebrate the unique heritage, diverse cultures and outstanding contributions of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples. Currently, there is a lot of pain being felt across this great country and now, more than ever is a time to stand united and raise our voices in solidarity with our friends, coworkers, and loved ones. “It is time to lift each other up.
